Everything was great, though a few employees were not that friendly. The location was particularly good, not too far away from a tree-lined pedestrian street.

I had a king room included with a basic single bed, shared bathroom, for instance. The stuff were extremely friendly and had a sense of humour. The location was very central, right by several supermarkets, excellent fast food as well as many restaurants, the Old Port, and a metro stop and a bus route to the beach areas.
As for me, the area was not pleasant.
